Pitisci & Associates is honored to be recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Tampa Bay region for 2018.
Each year, the Tampa Bay Business Journal ranks the 50 fastest growing area businesses. The annual award rankings are promoted as a benchmark for financial success among the local community. Companies named to the list must show steady growth in their year-over-year revenues.
Founded in 2014 by Managing Partner Chris Pitisci, a veteran of the Tampa Bay area recruiting industry, the company’s revenue grew from under $1 million in 2015 to $5.8 million in 2017 – a 693 percent increase.
Pitisci attributes the company’s growth to his workforce and the relationships built with clients and candidates.
“We have an outstanding team with tremendous experience and tenure in the staffing industry. With so many years in the Tampa market, we have well-established relationships with both candidates and clients,” he said. “Many of the candidates we have placed over the years have now become trusted clients, engaging Pitisci & Associates when they need to hire staff.”
Pitisci & Associates also ranked among the largest permanent employment firms in Tampa Bay, with 356 direct placements in 2017. It also ranked 11th on the List of that region’s temporary employment firms, with 289,560 temporary hours billed in 2017.
